Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation, and Waiting List Policies 🔹 Booking Sessions can only be booked online via our secure platform or by phone/WhatsApp. All reservations must be confirmed by a deposit of XX% (or a fixed amount) deducted from the session price. Reservations without a deposit are not guaranteed. 🔹 Cancellation & Postponement All cancellations or modifications must be made at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or no-show, the deposit paid will be retained. In the event of a legitimate impediment (illness, emergency), please notify us as soon as possible so that we can arrange for an exceptional rescheduling. Postponements are only possible once per reservation. 🔹 Lateness If you are more than 15 minutes late, the treatment will be reduced to meet your schedule, with no price reduction. After 30 minutes of delay, the session will be considered canceled and will not be refunded. 🔹 Waiting List If your desired time slot is full, you can add your name to our waiting list. In the event of cancellation, places will be allocated in order of registration. You will be contacted by text/WhatsApp as soon as a slot becomes available. 🔹 Mutual Commitment These policies aim to ensure respect for everyone's time and to provide quality service in a caring and professional environment.
